Missing a friend

I'm not really sure how to attack this particular post, but here goes. Last night we attended the funeral of a little boy who has touched our lives. Caleb and his family are great friends and we love them dearly. His is the first LDS funeral I've attended which seems weird since I'm LDS. But the messages were inspiring and although this is an incredibly sad time, the knowledge of the eternal nature of families keeps coming to my mind.

Thanks Caleb for teaching us so much.

Being married to Steve, we've already attended a handful in our 5 years of marriage. I'm sorry. I dread losing a child. How did he die?

Hi Anna - I heard about the accident from Cheryl. I'm so sorry. I can't imagine anything harder for his family. I am praying for them and for all of you who love them.

That was a good picture of him. Gosh thank you so much for making a special post for our son. I still can't seem to believe that he is actually gone, there is such a huge whole in our family, I have no idea what we are going to do about that. This heartache is just killing us....Thank you for thinking of us, and being such great friends.
